It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mabel Fraser Boyle. Mabel passed away peacefully at Glen Hill Terrace, Whitby, ON, Thursday, February 29 th , 2024 at the age of 88. Mabel was born in Bargeddie, Scotland. She met her husband Tom Boyle (predeceased 1990) when she was 19 years old. They married, had three children and came to Canada along with her brother, Patrick Boyle, in 1965 where they raised their family. Mabel was a proud Canadian but also held Scotland very close to her heart and regularly referred to it as home. Loving mother of Eileen Richard and her husband Alex, Geraldine Love and her husband Jim, Tom and his wife Carol. Granny of J.P., Leanne, Amy, Kyle, Courtney and Tyson. Great Granny of Riley, Morgan, Maeve, Jack, Margo and Clara. Fondly remembered by her family and friends. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all that love her. She will forever be missed.
Mabel will be honoured privately by family.
If so desired, the family would appreciate donations be made in her memory to Diabetes Canada.
